Invisible Fence – Safely Contain Your Pet

Invisible fence for your dog is a great alternative to traditional fence.  Traditional fence can be very expensive and block the views that you may have bought your property for.  There are a lot of options for invisible fence.

First, you will need to decide whether to get a wireless electric dog fence or a wired electric dog fence.  Wireless are easier to install, but wired solutions give you more custom shapes.  Both systems use radio frequency or wifi signals to create a boundary for your dog.  Your dog wears a collar and once your dog reaches the invisible fence boundary, most systems vibrate or beep to warn your pet before a correction is given to your dog.  Most systems have a safety turn off so your dog will not get continuously shocked if they don’t return to the safe area.  Also, the majority of systems have adjustable correction levels so you can find a safe and effective setting for your dog.
